Terms & Conditions
1. Payment are to be received before/on the closing date of the spree. For orders sent in on the closing date itself, please make payment before 23:59pm on the same day.
NO FULL PAYMENT RECEIVED = NO ORDER (Partial payment received = no order too!)
2. All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars (SGD) only. (Sorry, no Monopoly money accepted).
3. Discounts for handling fees (if applicable) are given for items ordered from the same spree only. No discounts for handling fees will be given for items under different sprees.(Hence, why order a single item from a spree... go for 10 or more items to enjoy the discount!)
4. Handling fees per item will not be refunded if the item(s) is out of stock/ not shipped to Singapore etc. The rest of the amount paid will be refunded back to spree-er's bank account (less any applicable transaction fees or any other applicable fees). Therefore, spree-ers are advised to check the availability of their desired item on the website before sending in any orders. (If you really must have that out of stock item, please email us and we will see what can be done.)
5. Cancellation of items ordered after payment is made (but before orders are sent) will be liable for an overall SGD$2 administrative charge per order. Remaining amount paid (less any applicable transaction fees or any other applicable fees) will be refunded.
6. No cancellation of orders are allowed once orders have been sent to the supplier. (If you really do not want the ordered items after we have received them, we can donate them to a charity of our choice on your behalf.)
7. Depending on the availability of stocks/ the workload of the supplier/ the mood of the postman, items usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive from overseas. Please be patient. Good things are always worth waiting for. Please do not send in your orders if you are unwilling to wait for your ordered items. All updates will be posted on this website. Emails will also be sent to all spree-ers regarding the status of their orders whenever there are material updates.
8. All ordered items will be distributed to spree-ers in the condition as received by Lavie Fashion from the supplier. Items ordered and received by spree-ers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so please take note of the measurements of the items before placing any order. (If you accidentally ordered something too large or too small, you may pass it back to us and we will donate them to a charity of our choice on your behalf.)
9. Lavie Fashion will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting whether directly or indirectly from any errors in shipping, quality problems, defects, delays, damage, loss or any action or inaction on the part of the supplier.
10. Lavie Fashion reserves the right to close, extend or cancel any spree at any point of time depending on the response/our workload. If any spree is cancelled, don't worry, all amounts received will be FULLY refunded to spree-ers.
11. Lavie Fashion reserves the rights to reject any orders.
12. Lavie Fashion reserves the rights to amend any information or any of the terms and conditions on the website without prior notice.
13. Please do not send in your orders if you are unwilling to wait till after the closing date of the spree for Lavie Fashion to submit all the orders together. (Exceptions may be made for large orders. Please email for details.)
14. Please do not send in your orders if you do not agree with our terms and conditions (including all applicable fees). By joining the sprees, you are deemed to have agreed to the 'Terms & Conditions' set out by Vj Fashion to YOU.
